Account Registration
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Kozmic AI reserves the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity or those unable to verify their identity during registration.
Subscription & Payments
Our service operates on a subscription basis with automatic renewal. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment only in cases of technical failure. Cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Scope of Usage
Our AI services must be used ethically. Generating illegal content or attempting to breach security is strictly prohibited. Reverse engineering of our algorithms is strictly forbidden.
Fair Usage Policy
To ensure a quality experience for all users, we reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend service if we detect abusive usage or excessive requests that degrade overall system performance.
Content Ownership
Data privacy is paramount. You own all input data. Kozmic AI grants you the license to use AI-generated outputs for your commercial projects legally.
Third-Party Services
Kozmic AI integrates with external platforms (e.g., Facebook, LINE, TikTok). We cannot guarantee stability or be held liable for damages resulting from policy changes, account bans, or downtime of these third-party platforms. Users must also comply with their respective terms of use.
AI Content Disclaimer
Please note that AI may generate inaccurate information or 'hallucinations'. Users are responsible for fact-checking content before publication or use. We are not liable for damages caused by the use of incorrect AI-generated information.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high availability, AI outputs are probability-based. Kozmic AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content or for service interruptions.
