When you connect your Arx Encore account with external platforms (e.g., Facebook, LINE, Instagram, TikTok), we access only the data you explicitly authorize, such as your Public Profile and conversation messages, solely for the purpose of managing chats through our system. We will never post content to your timeline without permission.

We utilize a Siloed Architecture, meaning the data used to train your specific agents is isolated and will never leak into our general language models or other customers' environments.

Arx Encore employs security measures compliant with SOC2 Type II standards, including 256-bit encryption and regular penetration testing, to ensure your data remains uncompromised.

We use privacy-first analytics to monitor system performance and feature usage. This data is anonymized and excludes private AI conversations or personally identifiable information. We track technical data solely to improve response times and resolve system errors.

We retain your personal data and conversation history for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide services for the stated purposes. If you cancel the service, data will be kept in backup systems for 90 days before being permanently deleted to prevent accidental data loss.

You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. For deleting data connected to Facebook or other platforms, please follow the instructions in the 'Data Deletion Instructions' section below.
